PowerNotebooks.com’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below

IF FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER YOU SHOULD FAIL TO BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PowerPro PRODUCT, YOU MAY RETURN IT WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DATE OF SHIPPING FOR A 100% REFUND OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE ALONE. To return products, you must, within 15 calendar days of your original ship date, call PowerNotebooks.com’s Sales Department toll-free at 1-877-711-1777 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, which must appear on all communications about the Returned Product, and on the outside of the shipping packaging. You must ship the products to PowerNotebooks.com in their original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. You may return software for refund or credit only if the sealed package containing the diskettes is unopened. Also, if Windows XP or Microsoft Office has been activated, it will not be accepted back for refund or credit. Returned products including the original packaging must be in as-new condition, and all of the manuals, diskettes, power cables, and other items included with a product must be returned with it. PowerNotebooks.com will not refund shipping/handling and insurance costs. Customer must use whatever means is necessary to ensure that product is returned to and received by PowerNotebooks.com within 20 Calendar Days of the Date of SHIPPING (original ship date).

PowerNotebooks.com WARRANTS YOUR PowerPro LAPTOP AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS FROM THE ORIGINAL SHIP DATE. PROVIDED YOU RETURN IT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD PowerNotebooks.com WILL, AT ITS OPTION, REPAIR or REPLACE DEFECTIVE PARTS FOR 3-YEARS FROM THE ORIGINAL SHIP DATE.

PowerNotebooks.com WILL ALSO PROVIDE FREE LABOR TO DO ANY NECESSARY REPAIRS USING PARTS PROVIDED BY PowerNotebooks.com FOR THE LIFETIME OF YOUR PowerPro LAPTOP.

TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE YOU MUST OBTAIN A RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER PRIOR TO SHIPPING YOUR DEFECTIVE PowerPro LAPTOP. RMA NUMBERS CAN BE OBTAINED BY CALLING PowerNotebooks.com at 1-877-944-4449.

PowerNotebooks.com will pay NEXT BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING BOTH WAYS or GROUND SHIPPING BOTH WAYS (depending on the warranty purchased as shown on your invoice) for any proper warranty claim for 3 years from the original ship date if shipping to and from a physical address (no PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses) in the United States of America (2nd Business Day for Puerto Rico if you purchased the NEXT BUSINESS DAY WARRANTY). PowerNotebooks.com WILL NOT SHIP TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF THE United States of America (Other than Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses). For APO/FPO addresses you will pay the shipping and insurance to return it to the PowerNotebooks.com Repair Center, and the Repair Center will pay to return it to you via USPS Priority Registered and Insured Mail. For Puerto Rico addresses you will pay the shipping and insurance both ways if you bought the GROUND Warranty.

THE RMA NUMBER MUST APPEAR PLAINLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHIPPING PACKAGING. TO EACH PRODUCT RETURNED FOR WARRANTY SERVICE, PLEASE ATTACH YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, RMA NUMBER, AND A DETAILED LIST OF THE MALFUNCTIONS THAT HAVE LED TO YOUR DISSATISFACTION AND WHEN THEY OCCUR. You must ship the products to PowerNotebooks.com in their original packaging and declare the value of the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. You have to declare the value on your shipping form and PowerNotebooks.com will pay for the insurance.

PowerNotebooks.com OWNS ALL PARTS REMOVED FROM REPAIRED PRODUCTS. PowerNotebooks.com USES NEW AND RECONDITIONED PARTS MADE BY VARIOUS MANUFACTURERS IN PERFORMING WARRANTY REPAIRS AND BUILDING REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS. IF PowerNotebooks.com REPAIRS OR REPLACES A PRODUCT, ITS WARRANTY TERM IS NOT EXTENDED. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO HARDWARE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY OR FOR PowerNotebooks.com THAT CAN BE IDENTIFIED BY THE PowerNotebooks.com TRADEMARK, TRADE NAME, OR LOGO AFFIXED TO THEM.

IF PowerNotebooks.com CANNOT RESTORE YOUR PowerPro LAPTOP TO WORKING ORDER PowerNotebooks.com will offer a cash payment or exchange value for the fair market value of your laptop just prior to its failure.

PowerNotebooks.com PROVIDES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH ITS PRODUCTS; SUCH SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED SEPARATELY BY THEIR MANUFACTURERS.

This warranty does not cover COMPONENTS OF THE SYSTEM THAT DO NOT MEET PowerNotebooks.com’s DEFINITION OF DEFECTIVE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LCD PANELS WITH LESS THAN SIX (6) DEFECTIVE PIXELS (If the LCD screen is scuffed or scratched the defective pixel warranty on the LCD screen is void), AC Adapters and Batteries other than the original primary AC Adapter and Battery provided with the laptop (The original primary AC Adapter and Battery are only covered for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase), normal wear and tear and any cosmetic damage to a Product that does not affect digital functionality, damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, damage caused by improperly packaging the warranted Product before being shipped in for repair, servicing not authorized by PowerNotebooks.com, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by PowerNotebooks.com. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN MODIFIED WITHOUT THE WRITTEN PERMISSION OF PowerNotebooks.com, OR IF ANY PowerNotebooks.com SERIAL NUMBER HAS BEEN REMOVED OR DEFACED.

THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN EXPRESS OR IMPLIED PowerNotebooks.com SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO PowerNotebooks.com DEALER, AGENT OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY. PowerNotebooks.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY AND ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH PowerNotebooks.com PRODUCTS.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

This warranty is only good in the United States of America. Repairs are only done at the US factory. In the unlikely event that you would have to return your computer for warranty repairs when outside the US, you would have to pay for the shipping/handling and insurance to and from the Repair Center.
