To return products, you must, within 15 calendar days of your
original ship date, call PowerNotebooks.com’s Sales Department
toll-free at 1-877-711-1777 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, which must appear on all communications about the Returned Product, and on the outside of the shipping packaging. You must ship the products to PowerNotebooks.com in their original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
You may return software for refund or credit only if the sealed package containing the diskettes is unopened. Also, if Windows XP or Microsoft Office has been activated, it will not be accepted back for refund or credit. Returned products including the original packaging must be in as-new condition, and all of the manuals, diskettes, power cables, and other items included with a product must be returned with it. PowerNotebooks.com will not refund shipping/handling and insurance costs. Customer must use whatever means is necessary to ensure that product is returned to and received by PowerNotebooks.com within 20 Calendar Days of the Date of SHIPPING (original ship date).

PowerNotebooks.com WILL ALSO PROVIDE FREE LABOR TO DO ANY NECESSARY REPAIRS USING PARTS PROVIDED BY PowerNotebooks.com FOR THE LIFETIME OF YOUR PowerPro LAPTOP. TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE YOU MUST OBTAIN A RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER PRIOR TO SHIPPING YOUR DEFECTIVE PowerPro LAPTOP. PowerNotebooks.com will pay NEXT BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING BOTH WAYS or GROUND SHIPPING BOTH WAYS (depending on the warranty purchased as shown on your invoice) for any proper warranty claim for 3 years from the original ship date if shipping to and from a physical address (no PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses) in the United States of America (2nd Business Day for Puerto Rico if you purchased the NEXT BUSINESS DAY WARRANTY). IF PowerNotebooks.com CANNOT RESTORE YOUR PowerPro LAPTOP TO WORKING ORDER PowerNotebooks.com will offer a cash payment or exchange value for the fair market value of your laptop just prior to its failure. PowerNotebooks.com PROVIDES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH ITS PRODUCTS; SUCH SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED SEPARATELY BY THEIR MANUFACTURERS. This warranty does not cover COMPONENTS OF THE SYSTEM THAT DO NOT MEET PowerNotebooks.com’s DEFINITION OF DEFECTIVE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LCD PANELS WITH LESS THAN SIX (6) DEFECTIVE PIXELS (If the LCD screen is scuffed or scratched the defective pixel warranty on the LCD screen is void), AC Adapters and Batteries other than the original primary AC Adapter and Battery provided with the laptop (The original primary AC Adapter and Battery are only covered for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase), normal wear and tear and any cosmetic damage to a Product that does not affect digital functionality, damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, damage caused by improperly packaging the warranted Product before being shipped in for repair, servicing not authorized by PowerNotebooks.com, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by PowerNotebooks.com.
