YOU SHOULD FAIL TO BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PowerPro PRODUCT, YOU MAY RETURN
IT WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DATE OF SHIPPING FOR A 100% REFUND OF YOUR PURCHASE
PRICE ALONE.
To return products, you must, within 15 calendar days of your
original ship date, call PowerNotebooks.com’s Sales Department
toll-free at 1-877-711-1711 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number, which must appear on all communications about the Returned Product,
and on the outside of the shipping packaging. You must ship the products
to PowerNotebooks.com in their original packaging, prepay shipping charges,
and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
You may return software for refund or credit only if the sealed package
containing the diskettes is unopened. Also, if Windows XP or Microsoft Office has been activated,
it will not be accepted back for refund or credit. Returned products
must be in as-new condition, and all of the manuals, diskettes, power
cables, and other items included with a product must be returned with
it. PowerNotebooks.com will not refund shipping/handling and insurance
costs. Customer must use whatever means is necessary to ensure that
product is returned to and received by PowerNotebooks.com within 20 Calendar
Days of the Date of SHIPPING (original ship date).
LIFETIME FREE TECHNICAL SUPPORT PowerNotebooks.com will pay NEXT BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING BOTH WAYS for any proper warranty claim if shipping to and from a physical address (no PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses) in the United States of America (2nd Business Day for Puerto Rico). For all other addresses you will pay the shipping and insurance both ways. THE RMA NUMBER MUST APPEAR PLAINLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHIPPING PACKAGING. RMA NUMBERS CAN BE OBTAINED BY CALLING PowerNotebooks.com at 1-877-944-4449. TO EACH PRODUCT RETURNED FOR WARRANTY SERVICE, PLEASE ATTACH YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, RMA NUMBER, AND PROOF OF DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE. You must ship the products to PowerNotebooks.com in their original packaging and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. PowerNotebooks.com will pay for the insurance, you just have to request it in your shipping form. PowerNotebooks.com owns all parts removed from repaired products. PowerNotebooks.com uses new and reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and building replacement products. If PowerNotebooks.com repairs or replaces a product, its warranty term is not extended. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO HARDWARE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY OR FOR PowerNotebooks.com THAT CAN BE IDENTIFIED BY THE PowerNotebooks.com TRADEMARK, TRADE NAME, OR LOGO AFFIXED TO THEM. PowerNotebooks.com PROVIDES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH ITS PRODUCTS; SUCH SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED SEPARATELY BY THEIR MANUFACTURERS. This warranty does not cover COMPONENTS OF THE SYSTEM THAT DO NOT MEET PowerNotebooks.com’s DEFINITION OF DEFECTIVE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LCD PANELS WITH LESS THAN SIX (6) DEFECTIVE PIXELS, damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by PowerNotebooks.com, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by PowerNotebooks.com. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN MODIFIED WITHOUT THE WRITTEN PERMISSION OF PowerNotebooks.com, OR IF ANY PowerNotebooks.com SERIAL NUMBER HAS BEEN REMOVED OR DEFACED. NOTE: Before you ship the product(s) to PowerNotebooks.com, back up the data on the hard-disk drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). **PowerNotebooks.com will not be responsible for any lost data for any reason.** Remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CDs, or PC Cards. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty is only good in the United States of America. Repairs are only done at the US factory. In the unlikely event that you would have to return your computer for warranty repairs when outside the US, you would have to pay for the shipping/handling and insurance both ways. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
