IF FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER YOU SHOULD FAIL TO BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR ASUS ENSEMBLE NOTEBOOK (*for modified units see below), YOU MAY RETURN IT WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DATE OF SHIPPING FOR A 100% REFUND OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE ALONE. IF IT WAS ORIGINALLY SHIPPED UNDER THE FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION A $30 DEDUCTION WILL BE MADE FROM YOUR REFUND. IF YOUR WARRANTY HAS BEEN REGISTERED YOUR NOTEBOOK IS NOT RETURNABLE. To return products, you must, within 15 calendar days of your original ship date, call PowerNotebooks.com's Sales Department toll-free at 1-877-711-1777 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, which must appear on all communications about the Returned Product, and on the outside of the shipping packaging. You must ship the products to PowerNotebooks.com in their original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. You may return software for refund or credit only if the sealed package containing the diskettes is unopened. Also, if Microsoft Windows or Office has been activated, it will not be accepted back for refund or credit. Returned products including the original packaging must be in as-new condition, and all of the manuals, diskettes, power cables, and other items included with a product must be returned with it or the cost of replacing any damaged or missing parts will be deducted from your refund. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged if you have registered or activated any of your warranties. PowerNotebooks.com will not refund shipping/handling and insurance costs. Customer must use whatever means is necessary to ensure that product is returned to and received by PowerNotebooks.com within 20 Calendar Days of the Date of SHIPPING (original ship date).
* MODIFIED ASUS NOTEBOOKS (those that have had any changes made to the ASUS standard configuration) THAT ARE RETURNED UNDER THIS POLICY WILL HAVE UP TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE, SOLELY AT THE DISCRETION OF POWERNOTEBOOKS.COM, PLUS the cost to replace any damaged or missing parts including shipping materials, DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. This is in addition to the 15% RESTOCKING FEE if I have registered or activated any of my warranties.
