PowerPro Dead Pixel Guarantee

Any PowerPro model purchased with the 30 Day Dead Pixel Guarantee option that is received by you with ANY dead pixels or permanently lit sub-pixels ("defective pixels"), or any defective pixels develop within the first 30 days from the original ship date, will be treated as a defective unit, and PowerNotebooks.com will pay Next Business Day shipping both ways and replace the screen with one that has been tested with no defective pixels (USA only). This guarantee is for the first thirty (30) days from the original ship date of the laptop, and not the entire period of the general warranty.

Any laptops that are built under the 30 Day Dead Pixel Guarantee that are found to have any defective pixels will be removed from the PowerNotebooks.com inventory and will never be branded as a PowerPro laptop.

This 30 Day Dead Pixel Guarantee will become void in the event that the screen is scratched. If we receive your PowerPro laptop under a claim for replacement due to a defective pixel, and the screen is scratched, we will notify you and require you to pay for Ground shipping both ways (even though we paid for Next Business Day inbound shipping) prior to returning it to you in the condition it was received. Please make a careful inspection of your screen for scratches before returning it to us under the 30 Day Dead Pixel Guarantee.
