Defective means either the pixel or sub-pixel is always lit (a bright spot on a dark background), or is always unlit (a dark spot on a bright background).

If you discover any defective pixels within one year of your original ship date, please contact our Customer Service team (1-877-774-1911 or Support@PowerNotebooks.com) right away for a Return Merchandise Authorization with shipping instructions for its return and replacement.
